Signalment: 3 year old, FS, Shih Tzu
Presenting Complaint: Presented for cardiac evaluation.
Presenting History

She experienced an episode of syncope one week prior to this evaluation. This episode resulted in loss of conciousness, unrination and rigidity. Since this episode, she has been lethargic, had shortness of breath and a decreased appetite.
